To enable rate limitation of specific ingress ports.
config rate_limit [<portlist> | all] [disable | <value 3500-
1000000>]
The config rate_limit command enables setting of rate limitation of
ingress ports.
<portlist> − A port or range of ports to be set.
all − Specifies that all ports are to be configured.
disable − Disables rate limiting.
<value 3500-1000000> The rate limit value. The value may be
between 3500 and 1000000.
