Troubleshooting
2. To remove the tray, lift the front of it slightly, then pull it out of the printer.
3. Remove any crumpled paper from the tray and any remaining paper jammed at the front of the
printer.
4. At the back of the printer, open the Tray 2 Door, then remove any paper jammed at the back of the
printer.
5. Insert the tray into the printer, then push it in all the way in.
