7-3-10 Current value data reading

• When the register read command is turned OFF, this function outputs the data of the current value counter into
current value data areas 1 and 2. The following are types of current value data, as shown below. Which data to
output is selected by the bit command signal sent from the CPU module.
1) Current counter value
2) The value of current value counter when phase-Z was detected
3) The deviation amount when phase-Z was detected (calculated from the phase-Z detected point by this
module)
4) The value of current value counter when interrupt signal was detected
5) The deviation amount when interrupt signal was detected (calculated from the interrupt signal detected
point by this module)

• Current value counter is a 32-bit-length ring counter for counting up/down.
Current value counter counts feedback pulses or command pulses (selectable).
• The lower word of pulse counter is stored in current value data area 1 and can be read into the CPU module.
• The upper word of pulse counter is stored in current value data area 2 and can be read into the CPU module.
• "Phase-Z detection latch" latches the lower word of pulse counter when the phase-Z signal has been detected.
• "Interrupt detection latch" latches the lower word of pulse counter when interrupt signal has been detected.
• Deviation amount is calculated from phase-Z latch and interrupt latch data by this module (NP1F-MP1/NP1F-MP2).
(Deviation amount data is stored in current value data area 2 and can be read into the CPU module.)
• The lower word data of the current value counter when phase-Z or interrupt signal was detected can be read in
current value data area 2.
Precaution:
· This module (NP1F-MP1/MP2) can read current command value data into the CPU module as a 32-bit up/down
ring counter value.
