7-3 Functions of Pulse Generation Mode
7-3-9 Data reading from register
• This function selects a register and reads data from the register into the CPU module.
Sample reading of current frequency data and pulse count data
Register select
(PC = = > MP1/MP2)
Read command
(PC = = > MP1/MP2)
Response to read command
(PC < = = MP1/MP2)
Current value data 1 and 2
(PC < = = MP1/MP2)
Points of use:
· This module (NP1F-MP1/NP1F-MP2) outputs response signal to the read command sent from the CPU module.
By the response to read command, handshaking can be performed between the CPU module and this module.
· While the response to read command is "1," this module (NP1F-MP1/NP1F-MP2) continuously rewrites data in
current value data areas 1 and 2. (For the following registers, the read value changes dynamically.)
1) Current frequency register
2) Command pulse register
3) Deceleration point register (when automatic deceleration point calculation is enabled)
4) Error monitoring timer
5) Command pulse counter
