diameter at three positions.

Using a small bore gauge, measure the connecting
rod small end inside diameter.

• If the connecting rod small end bore inside
diameter exceeds the above mentioned limit,
replace connecting rod.
CONNECTING ROD BIG END
THRUST CLEARANCE
Check the connecting rod thrust clearance by using
thickness gauge. If the clearance exceeds the limit,
replace connecting rod or crankshaft.
Service Limit 0.30 mm (0.012 in)
