• Apply grease to the brake cam shaft, camshaft
surface, final drive and driven gear joint parts.
WARNING:
Be careful not to apply too much grease to
the brake cam shaft.

• Install the brake cam lever as shown in the illus-
tration.
Tightening torque
5-8 N-m
(0.5- 0.8

• Align the two aligning marks

each other.
• When tightening the axle nut, hold the axle shaft
to prevent turning with plain screw driver insert-
ing in the axle groove as shown and then tighten
the axle clamp bolt.
