2. Type a value for the selected parameter. Press the Help screen key to display the
allowable range for the field.
3. Press Enter. The system checks the new value to see if it is the correct type of entry
and within the proper range.
• If the entry is acceptable, it becomes the current parameter value and the cursor
moves to the next logical entry position.
• If the entry is not acceptable, an error message appears at the bottom of the
screen and the previous value remains as the current parameter value. Press Clear
to clear the error message. Repeat steps 2 and 3 above.

2.3.2 Function Keys

Function keys are the labeled keys located directly below the screen keys. Function keys:

Note: In PowerLine mode, function key names correspond to the screens they access. In
Gradient mode, function key names do not always correspond to the screens they access.
