Configure the ICsp Media Server
Procedure
1 Open the HPE ICsp Administration Portal.
2 From the top left corner of the HPE ICsp UI, choose HP Insight Control Server > Settings.
3 Hover the cursor to the right of Media Server and click Edit when the link appears.
4 Enter the following required information:
•
File share host: <<mgmt_vm_deployment_ip>>.
•
File share name: /deployment.
•
File share user: icspUser.
•
File share password: <<mgmt_vm_media_user_password>>.
•
HTTP server host: <<mgmt_vm_deployment_ip>>.
•
HTTP server path: /deployment.
5 Click OK to apply the media server settings.
Configure the HPE ICsp OneView Integration
Procedure
1 From the top left corner of the HPE ICsp UI, choose HP Insight Control Server > HP OneView
Appliances.
2 In the left pane, click Add appliance.
3 Enter the following HPE OneView appliance parameters:
•
Host Name: <<oneview_fqdn>>.
•
User: readUser.
•
Password: <<oneview_readuser_password>>.
•
Description: Solution OneView Appliance.
4 Click Add and accept the certificate when prompted.
If the HPE OneView appliance is successfully added, HPE ICsp displays the message Appliance
access is authorized.
Configure OS Deployment Settings
Procedure
1 From the top left corner of the HPE ICsp UI, choose HP Insight Control Server Provisioning > Settings.
2 Hover the cursor over DHCP and, to the right, click Edit.
3 Enter the following information:
•
DHCP Server: Enable.
•
Start of address range: <<icsp_dhcp_range_start>>.
•
End of address range: <<icsp_dhcp_range_end>>.
4 Click OK.

To be able to fully leverage the OneView build path for the HPE OneView for VMware vCenter (OV4VC)
Enhanced Grow Cluster feature that is presented later in this guide, you need to create a new VMware ESXi
build plan to use all of the inputs that it requires.
