These are single-reel cartridges that match your drive's format and are optimized for high capacity, throughput and reliability. -

Using HP OBDR Compatibility HP One-Button Disaster Recovery is a standard feature on all HP StorageWorks Ultrium tape drives. However, it can only be used with specific configurations and, although it can be used in a network environment, will only recover the server to which the tape drive is directly connected. -

Testing for compatibility We recommend that you perform a full disaster recovery immediately after installation—if possible, onto a blank hard disk. If you do not have a blank hard disk and do not want to overwrite your system, you can safely cancel the disaster recovery process at step 3 in the following procedure. -

Troubleshooting The first step in problem-solving is establishing whether the problem lies with the cartridge, the drive, the host server and its connections, or with the way the system is being operated.
