P- G.5.6 SYMPTOM STILL PRESENT / ISOLATE THE ACTUATOR CABLE
To prevent damage turn the machine OFF!
a)
Return the ribbon cable to the Sensor Board.
b)
c) Figure below, unplug the Actuator-Test board's ribbon cable.
Turn the machine on (fan running)!
d)
e) If possible, return to Dialysis OR Heat Disinfect.
NOTE! Ignore all hydraulic alarms and possible grinding!
ENSURE the black lead remains connected to ground!
f)
g) Either re-measure +12 and / or +5 volts (within range?) OR if the symptom was intermittent call debug
screen 1 to watch 5V Est and / or 12V Est. Allowing sufficient time, does the symptom you were
troubleshooting reoccur?
Yes
Symptom reoccurs! See procedure number
No
Screen on and / or good voltages! The actuator cable may be causing the problem.
