14. The MX 500 unit should now display "Looking for pro-
gram..." with the Red traffic light flashing.
(Note: This screen will only stay on for approximately 15
seconds. Please proceed to step #15 before this screen
disappears. If for some reason this screen disappears
before proceeding with step #15, power OFF the unit by
pressing and holding down the Power button for a few
seconds and go back to step #13 to try again.)
15. Go back to the MX500 Series Software Update program.
When the top of the program windows says TCP/IP: Con-
nected to Host at 192.168.100.250, click the Start Sending
button.
16. Allow the status bar on the MX 500 Series Software Update
program to complete, and the MX 500 unit should now display
Copying program to RAM.
17. After the MX 500 unit is finished Copying program to RAM, it
will begin Burning program to flash.
(Note: If the unit displays Checksum Error instead of Burning
program to flash on the bottom of the screen, go back to
Steps 1-16 and try again.)
18. The MX 500 software will automatically run as soon as it
finishes Burning the program to flash.
