Voice Mail Department Group
Number
When using Centralized Voice
Mail in an SL Net network, this
program MUST be left
unassigned in all sites that will
access the VM.

Centralized VM Pilot Number
All sites using the Centralized
Voice Mail must assign the pilot
number that is assigned in
PRG 11-07-01.

Centralized VM Department
Group Number
Assign the department group
number from PRG 11-07-01.
This program is only assigned
in the system that has the
Voice Mail.

NSL Protocol
All sites using the Centralized
Voice Mail must enable this
program for proper integration.
Caller ID to Voice Mail
This command enables or
disables the ability for the
system to send the caller ID
information to the Voice Mail.
This command is for ALL trunk
types (analog, digital, and IP).

DTMF Relay Mode
This program assigns the way
the system handles DTMF
across the SL Net network.
When Centralized VM is
required this program must be
set to (1) RFC2833 in all
systems.
