The programs listed below indicate the most commonly used programs required for

When a call is transferred to a Department Group with All Ring, there is a
difference in operation. In a single system, an extension within the same
system can transfer a call to a Department Group. The call will ring an
extension within the Department Group once the transferring user hangs
up. In a networked system, the transfer will not go through and the call
will recall the extension performing the transfer.
