The following explains the data to be used when specifying monitor conditions by the following commands.
• Random read in word units (command: 0403)
• Register monitor data (command: 0801)

The monitor conditions can be specified by following QCPUs.
• Basic model QCPU
• High Performance model QCPU
• Process CPU
To access a module which does not support this function, select the subcommand that does not specify
monitor conditions. For more information on the supported modules, refer to the following section.

When the subcommands which do not specify monitor conditions are selected, each data for specifying the
monitor conditions are not necessary.
