Monitor condition setting

This setting is used to monitor data in the CPU module under a specified condition.
(1) Setting method
There are two kinds of monitor condition setting.
• Monitor execution condition setting
• Monitor stop condition setting

The Q00UJCPU, Q00UCPU, and Q01UCPU do not support this function. Before executing the function with the
Q02UCPU, Q03UDCPU, Q04UDHCPU, Q06UDHCPU, Q13UDHCPU, or Q26UDHCPU, check the versions of the CPU
