Remote PAUSE (command: 1003)

Perform remote PAUSE for the access target module.
The command can be executed when the switch of the access target module is RUN. In the STOP status, the
command is completed normally, however, the access target CPU will not be in PAUSE status.

• 0001H: Do not execute forcibly
• 0003H: Execute forcibly
