Test in word units (random write) (command: 05)

Specify the devices and device numbers of bit devices (X, Y, M, etc.) in 16-point units randomly, and set/reset them.
Specify the devices and device numbers of word devices (D, T, C, etc.) in 1-point units randomly, and write them.
