This function is used to change Accel/Decel ramp at a
certain frequency. This is useful in textile machine
application.

Note: If the multi- function input terminal (I/O-12 ~ I/O-14)
is set to ' XCEL-L' , XCEL-M' , or XCEL-H' , The Multi-
Accel/Decel Time (I/O-25 ~ I/O-38) has the priority.
