Applied Biosystems 7500/7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System Getting Started Guide for Relative Standard Curve
When you create an experiment using QuickStart, you can run the reactions on the
instrument with no reaction plate setup information.
1. Prepare the PCR reactions:

2. QuickStart the experiment:
