6-3-5 Film Jam in the Sorter Transport unit

Error codes "E4812", "E4813", "E4814", "E4815" indicate the jam film resulted from supply
error in the sorter Transport Unit.
Remove the jam film according to the following procedure.

Touch the [ERROR RESET] button.
- An animation showing the jam release procedures will be
displayed on the Operation Panel.

Open the Ejection Transport Cover by hand.

If the jam film is located in the Ejection Trans-
port area, pull and remove the film by hand.

Open the Sorter Cover by hand.

When the jam film is located in the Sorter Trans-
port area, pull and remove the film by hand.
- If the jam film cannot be located in the Sorter Transport
area, proceed to the step 4.
