Ch.6 Troubleshooting
If the error persists even after trying the Error Reset procedures ;
If the operation of the Touch Panel is disabled ;
Follow the procedures below to restart the DRYPRO 793. When the Start Timer
is activated, shut down the DRYPRO 793 by pressing the Operation Button for
about 1 second, then initiate restart instead of using the Start Timer .
1. Press the Operation Button, and turn on the power of the DRYPRO 793.
2. Press the Operation Button again to start up the DRYPRO 793.
If the Touch Panel does not respond due to some reason, restart the DRYPRO
793 in the same manner. If the error persists even after recycling(OFF/ON) the
[Operation] button, turn OFF the device, and contact your technical representa-
tive.
If the error cannot be reset or it repeats after trying the error reset, using the "Job
Delete" other Maintenance Mode, delete the print job of the diagnostic device that
causes the error.
If the error persists even after trying the above procedures, your technical represen-
tative should be contacted. To enable us to provide the fastest possible resolution,
the user should include details of the error message, code and specifics of the nature
of the problem created by occurrence of the error.
