The Implementation of DHCP Information Option 82 in the DES-3528 Switch.
The config dhcp_relay option_82 command configures the DHCP relay agent information option 82 setting of the
switch. The formats for the circuit ID sub-option and the remote ID sub-option are as follows:
NOTE: For the circuit ID sub-option of a standalone switch, the module field is always
zero.

e. VLAN : the incoming VLAN ID of DHCP client packet.

Module : For a standalone switch, the Module is always 0; For a stackable switch, the Module is the

DHCP/BOOTP Relay Interface Settings

This window allows the user to set up a server, by IP address, for relaying DHCP/ BOOTP information to the Switch.
The user may enter a previously configured IP interface on the Switch that will be connected directly to the
DHCP/BOOTP server using the following window. Properly configured settings will be displayed in the DHCP/BOOTP
Relay Interface Table at the bottom of the following window. The user may add up to four server IP's per IP interface
on the Switch. To enable and configure DHCP/BOOTP Relay Global Settings on the Switch, click Configuration >
DHCP/BOOTP Relay > DHCP/BOOTP Relay Interface Settings:
