Make sure that the machine is not in operating,
and open the finisher right door.

Turn the Knob [4a] to the right to remove the
jammed paper at the booklet output tray.

Close the finisher right cover.
• If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the machine.
• If the finisher front door is not completely closed, a message will appear and the machine will
remain paused.
• If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the machine.
• If a stapled document jams, the stapled nails
may be bent. and stuck inside the machine,
which makes it difficult to remove the
jammed paper. Lift the jammed paper
upward and remove it.
• If the finisher front door is not completely closed, a message will appear and the machine will
remain paused.
• If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the machine.
