GENERAL:
At 285° the bobbin case opener lever should just have arrived its right dead centre.
INFO:
In chapter 03.35. the bobbin case opener timing needs to be tested during the sewing
test and will be fi nally adjusted.

STEP
Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(02.04. / Page 17).
» until chapter 17 appears
on the display.
» confi rm.
Remove the screws 1 and the cover
Loosen screw 3 of the bobbin case opener eccentric

Loosen screw and move the bobbin case opener lever
to prevent it from jamming the bobbin case.
Turn the machine to the 285° position with the mechanic hand wheel.
In this position turn the bobbin case opener eccentric
case opener lever reaches its right dead centre.

Fix screw .

Reassemble the cover and fi x screw
