To adjust the feed driving eccentric turn the machine to 9°. In this position screw

Turn the eccentric until the feed dog is stopping its movement and fi x the screw. Then check your adjustment and
assure in position 180° that the feed dog is not moving.

The machine switches the feed regulator to permanently move between forward an reverse position by turning the
JOG KEY clockwise. Turn the JOG KEY counterclockwise to stop the movement.

GENERAL:
When the machine is in the bottom dead centre of the needle bar (180°) the feed dog
should not move during switching the feed regulator.
PREADJUSTMENT OF THE FEEDING DEVICE:
If the needle bar is in its top dead centre position, the fi rst screw
feed driving eccentric 1 should be facing down.
» Loosen the screws 2 and turn the feed eccentric
» In this position loose both screws

Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(02.04. / Page 17).

Turn the machine to the bottom dead centre
(180°) with the mechanical hand wheel.

Turn the eccentric 1 until the feed dog stops moving and fi x the screws
