03.29. THREAD CUTTING TIMING (CONTROL CAM)
GENERAL:
At top dead centre of the take up lever (ca 57°-60°) the thread cutting process should
be securely fi nished.

STEP
Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(02.04. / Page 17).
» until chapter 29 appears
on the display.
» confi rm.
Loosen screw 1 of the control cam
Turn the machine with the mechanical hand wheel
to its 57° position.

Turn the control cam until the thread cutting
process is securely fi nished.
With attention to the control cam touching bushing
at the left fi x screw 1 again.
» confi rm to proceed to the next point.
