GENERAL:
At stitch length 0 the needle bar should be adjusted to position the hook point in the
lower third of the needle scarf. (08-1mm above needle eye)
STEP
Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(02.04. / Page 17).
» until chapter 13 appears on the display.
» confi rm.
Turn the needle bar to the thread loop position when the
hook point is exactly in the middle axis of the needle scarf.
In this position loosen screw
2 according to the general rule.
Fix screw 1 .
INFO:
After this adjustment the position of the needle guard must be checked according step 03.14..
WARNING:
A wrong adjusted needle bar height can cause skip stitches, thread breaking,
needle breaking and damage of the hook point.
» confi rm to proceed to the next point.
