03.16. ADJUSTMENT OF THE FEED DOG HEIGHT

GENERAL:
At stitch length 0 the feed dog should be in its highest position 0.8 mm above the
stitch plate.

Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(02.04. / Page 17).
» until chapter 16 appears
on the display.
» confi rm.
Turn the feed dog in its top dead centre (190°)
with the mechanical hand wheel.

Loosen screw until the feed dog carrier
can be easily moved up and down.
Put the gauge 3 on the stitch plate.
Press the feed dog carrier 2
until the surface of the feed dog is touching the gauge

Fix screw .
» confi rm to proceed to the next point.

INFO: The pedal is blocked. During
turning by hand the display shows
the machine position in degrees.
Stitch length is set to 0 mm. The
tilt blocking mechanism is not
active.
