03. ADJUSTMENT

03.22. RESTING POSITION OF THE ROLLER LEVER

GENERAL:
In the resting position of the roller lever the roller should have a laterally distance of
around 0.1 to 0.3 mm to the control cam.

The resting position is factory set and should only be adjusted if necessary.
Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(02.04. / Page 17).

Turn the machine with the mechanical hand wheel
into the shown position of the control cam

Loosen nut and adjust the desired distance
of 0.1 to 0.3 mm with the screw
During turning the machine with the hand wheel the

roller lever should never touch the control cam
Fix nut 2 again.
» confi rm to proceed to the next point.
