03.02. ADJUSTMENT OF THE MATERIAL THICKNESS MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

GENERAL:
The sensor must have the same distance to the magnetic strip in every position
of the feet.
ADJUSTMENT HELP:
The green and the red LED should light in every position.

Activate the ADJUSTMENT WIZARD
(02.04. / Page 17).
» until chapter 02 appears
on the display.

In the blocked mode the sewing feet can be moved
up and down by hand while checking if the LEDs
A and B are lighting in every position.
Loosen the screws 1 and move the support
into a position in which the LEDs
enlighted in every sewing feet position.

Fix screw again.
» confi rm to proceed to the next point.
