03.35. SEWING AND FUNCTIONS CHECK

INFO:
The bobbin case opener timing is set to 285° in chapter 03.17. Check and adjust in
accordance with the GENERAL if any adjustment is necessary.
GENERAL:
The thread needs to be guided unhindered around the bobbin capsule when bypassing the

upper thread around the hook. At the moment of the thread passage
of the bobbin capsule has to be open to such an extent that it can be passed without hindering.
The thread has to bypass position
ATTENTION:
Setting the bobbin case opener too small can lead to a poor stitch pattern.
Setting the bobbin case opener too big leads to a high noise emission.
