2.5.4.15 E-mail Integration

E-mail Integration allows the VPS to send new message notification or to send recorded voice messages as
file attachments to subscribers via e-mail. The following settings must be made in order for the VPS to use
E-mail Integration features. Consult the LAN administrator for the appropriate settings.
Follow the steps below to configure E-mail Integration.
1.
Set E-mail Integration to Enable.
2.
Enter an e-mail address next to Mail Address.

We recommend entering an administrator's e-mail address here. If there are any errors when the
VPS tries to send e-mail messages, error messages will be sent to this address.
3.
Enter the name that will appear in e-mail messages sent from the VPS next to Full Name. This name
should indicate that the message came from the VPS.
4.
Enter the IP address or host name of the outgoing mail server next to SMTP Server Address.
