2.5.2 Extension Group
[Editing a Group]
1.
Select the desired group number.
2.
Click Edit....
3.
Edit parameters in the Edit Extension Group dialog box.
4.
Click OK.
[Adding Extensions to a Group]
1.
Select the desired group number.
2.
Click Add....
3.
Enter an extension number in Extension Number:.
4.
Click OK.
[Deleting Extensions from a Group]
1.
Select the desired extension number.
2.
Click Delete.
3.
Click Yes.
[Recording a Name for the Group in the Edit Extension Group dialog box]
1.
Select the desired Extension Group and click Edit....

Before you can record, confirm that there is at least 1 member in the group and that you have clicked
"Apply" since adding members to the group.
2.
Select "Record from extension" or "Import from recorded file".
When "Record from extension" is selected
1.
Specify the extension number of the telephone used for recording, then click Connect.
2.
When the specified extension rings, go off-hook.
