2.1.1 Mailbox Settings Screen
List of All Mailboxes
This screen provides a list of all mailboxes. From this screen you can add new mailboxes, edit mailboxes,
delete existing mailboxes, and copy mailbox settings to other mailboxes. Mailboxes can be sorted in ascending
or descending order by parameter (mailbox number, first name, last name, etc.) by clicking the parameter
name.
When you click Add Mailbox... or Edit Mailbox, the "Mailbox" dialog box is displayed.
[Adding a Mailbox]
1.
Click Add Mailbox....
2.
Edit each parameter in the "Mailbox" dialog box.
(Click Save As Default Mailbox to use added mailbox as the default mailbox settings for subsequently
created mailboxes.)
3.
Click OK.
[Editing a Mailbox]
1.
Select the desired mailbox, then click Edit Mailbox..., or you can also double-click the cell on the screen
to edit the specified parameter.
2.
Edit each parameter.
[Deleting a Mailbox]
1.
Select a mailbox you want to delete.
2.
Click Delete Mailbox.
3.
Click Yes.
[Copying a Mailbox Setting to Other Mailboxes]
1.
Click the desired mailbox to copy, and press Copy Mailbox....
2.
The Copy Mailbox dialog box is displayed. Check the items to copy, and select the destination mailbox
number. (Ctrl/Shift Key is available to choose several mailbox numbers.)
3.
Click Copy.
