Replacing freewheel gear

•
Measure bearing bore.
•
Check teeth for distortion, wear and chipping.
•
Check friction face for wear.
Wear values:
Inside diameter................max. 22.05 mm (0.868 in)

Note:
Before installing freewheel, check Woodruff key.
•
Make sure that the Woodruff key is installed with
the flat face parallel to the crankshaft axis, as
otherwise it is not possible to install the free-
wheel.
•
Oil bushing and crankshaft stub before installing.

– Remove magnetic wheel.

Turn crankshaft until securing screws (arrows)
are visible.
•
Remove screws and remove pump.
