Assembly
Reverse the "Disassembly"procedure.
Note the following points.
1. Before installing the front bracket and rear

Out of specification ! Replace the starter
motor.
Brush wear limit:
5 mm (0.20 in)
Fatigue/out of specification ! Replace as a
set.
Brush spring pressure:
7.36 X 11.04 N
(736 X 1,104 g, 26.0 X 38.9 oz)
