10.11 WLAN Interface Station Monitor Screen

The station monitor displays the connection status of the wireless clients connected to (or
trying to connect to) a IEEE 802.11b/g card installed in the ZyWALL. To open the station
monitor, click Network > Interface > WLAN > Station Monitor. The screen appears as
shown.

DESCRIPTION
Enter the MAC address (in XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX format) of the wireless station that is to
be allowed or denied access to the ZyWALL.
Enter a descriptive name for the MAC address entry.
Click OK to save your changes back to the ZyWALL.
Click Cancel to exit this screen without saving.
DESCRIPTION
Select the card slot where the IEEE 802.11b/g card is connected.
Click this button to update the information in the screen.
This is the index number of the MAC address.
This displays the MAC address (in XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX format) of a connected
wireless station.
This displays the strength of the wireless client's radio signal. The signal strength mainly
depends on the antenna output power and the wireless client's distance from the
ZyWALL.
