17.1 Overview
HTTP redirect forwards the client's HTTP request (except HTTP traffic destined for the
ZyWALL) to a web proxy server. In the following example, proxy server A is connected to the
DMZ interface. When a client connected to the LAN zone wants to open a web page, its
HTTP request is redirected to proxy server A first. If proxy server A cannot find the web page
in its cache, a policy route allows it to access the Internet to get them from a server. Proxy
server A then forwards the response to the client.
