Sets the time clock for the local time. This setting is done at the factory before
delivery. The setting is GMT expressed in minutes.

MF Keycard Japan Only

Sets up operation of the machine with a keycard.

1: Enabled. Allows operation if another code is input and decrements the
counter once for use of the entered code.
