632 B Key/card counter device error 1
After 1 data frame is sent to the device, an ACK signal is not received within
100 ms, and is not received after 3 retries.
Serial line from the device to the main machine is unstable,
disconnected, or defective

During communication with the device, the MCU received a break (Low)
signal.
