This means that the PCI reset changed the image as follows:
from supervisor address modifier to user
from PCI space base address 1012000 to 0 (size of 2000.0000
constant)
from VME address range 4000.0000 thru 5fff.ffff to a new
VMEbus range of 0 thru 1fff.ffff
It is still enabled.
