The information in columns 'Quality Status' and 'Quality Info.' (per IP address) is
reset if two minutes elapse without a call to that destination.
To view the IP connectivity information, follow these steps:

Set 'AltRoutingTel2IPEnable' to 1 or 2.
2 Open the 'IP Connectivity' screen (Status & Diagnostics menu > Gateway Statistics
submenu > IP Connectivity); the 'IP Connectivity' screen is displayed

Column Name Description
IP Address IP address defined in the destination IP address field in the Tel to IP Routing table.

IP address that is resolved from the host name defined in the destination IP address field in the
Tel to IP Routing table.
Host Name Host name (or IP address) defined in the destination IP address field in the Tel to IP Routing
table.
Connectivity Method The method according to which the destination IP address is queried periodically (currently only
by ping).
Displays the status of the IP address' connectivity according to the method in the 'Connectivity
Connectivity Status
Method' field.
Can be one of the following:
OK
Lost
Fail
Init
Disable = The connectivity option is disabled ('AltRoutingTel2IPMode' equals 0 or 2).

= Remote side responds to periodic connectivity queries.
= Remote side didn't respond for a short period.
= Remote side doesn't respond.
= Connectivity queries not started (e.g., IP address not resolved).
