Board Hot-Swap Support

The TP-1610 cPCI board is hot-swappable and therefore can be inserted and removed when
the VCX V7122 chassis is under power.
When inserting the board into a cPCI chassis, the blue LED is normally lit for a second and
then turns off. An unlit blue LED indicates that the board has been inserted correctly and
power supply to the board is functioning correctly. If the board has any abnormal physical or
