Explanation and Recommended Actions
An attempt to assign a value to a Message structure variable failed.
The resulting value is displayed in result. This error can be caused
by an invalid value being specified for the MSG parameter.

failed with the result value indicated by result. This implies that the
YKLOAD REXX subroutine has not properly been invoked or that
Business Continuity Manager has not properly been installed.
