Using the example above, Demand Threshold is
80%, Demand Period is 30 seconds and Idle
Threshold is 20%. When additional bandwidth is
negotiated because the Demand Threshold has
exceeded 80%, this bandwidth is dropped when it
falls below the Idle Threshold of 20%.
