Miscellaneous Parameters

The parameters under the Miscellaneous heading refer to packet
sizes and timeouts. Only change these parameters if you are a
more advanced user.

Encapsulation
Disabled
Disabled or enabled
Encapsulates MPPP in PPP when sending data to a
remote BayRS router.
If Multilink is enabled and you are communicating with
a Bay RS Router, this option must be enabled.
Encapsulation wraps the MPP packet in PPP, allowing
the BayRS router to receive the data correctly.
Maximum Received Unit
1500 bytes
Any number in bytes
The largest packet size in bytes
This is the size of the largest packet, in bytes, that the
Nautica 200 can receive or send. This value must match
the value specified by the remote unit.
