BOOTP & DHCP
BOOTP Relay and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol
(DHCP) are more advanced parameters within Nautica Wizard.
BOOTP Relay allows non-IP packets to be routed across your
network. For more information on BOOTP Relay, refer to the
Concepts section of the Help file.
DHCP allows a router to allocate IP addresses to clients as they
need to use the network. These addresses can be allocated
temporarily or permanently. For more information on DHCP refer
to Chapter 13 and the Concepts section of the Help file.

Advanced Manager Options
Disabled
Disabled, Enabled
To allow more advanced path configuration
Not necessary for the Nautica 200. Enabling this option
will allow extra OSPF features to be set for individual
paths.
Manager Timeout (s)
300 (seconds)
A time in seconds
Sets the time a manager session (Telnet or
HyperTerminal) can be open when using Nautica Router
Software Release 4 (BCC).
This option does not affect the working of Nautica
Wizard. It is only valid if you plan to use the manager.
