PCI switch card assembly

The PCI switch card assembly, mounted on the top rear of the server frame
adjacent to the adapter slots, contains one switch for each of the six adapters. This
ensures that power is disconnected from the associated adapter if you attempt to
open the adapter latch and remove an adapter.
Note:
Complete the following steps to remove and replace the PCI switch card assembly:
1. Turn off the server and all peripheral devices; then, disconnect all power cords
2. Remove the top cover (see "Removing the cover and bezel" on page 32).
