In general, the SCONFP pulse instruction is used.

The Socket parameters uses the setting values in HWCONFIG by default. Use the SCONFP instruction when the
parameters need to be changed during communication.

If you set the parameters while the socket is communicating, the settings do not take effect until the communication
is complete. The setting should be changed after the socket is no longer in use.

If any one of the parameters is out of range, the instruction is not executed, SM0 is ON, and the error code in SR0
is 16#2003.
