PREPARING THE BINDER 120 FOR ON-LINE AND OFF-LINE OPERATION

Connect the two parts of the Spacer on the host machine Output
Tray.
NOTE: Connecting the Spacer lowers the host machine Output
Tray to the proper position for the Binder 120.

Squeeze the metal clip located underneath the inside edge of the
host machine Output Tray.
NOTE: A green label on the top surface of the Output Tray
denotes the location of the metal clip on the underside.

While squeezing the metal clip, slowly move the Output Tray to
the outer position.
NOTE: The Output Tray has two positions - inner and outer. The
inner position is used for normal operation of the host machine
The outer position is used when the host machine is connected
to the Binder 120. The distance between each position is
approximately 1/4 inch (6 mm). You will feel the Output Tray
click into place at each position. If you accidentally move the
Output Tray beyond the outer position, simply move it back to
the outer position.

Insert the metal pin into the hole in the plastic arm.
